I kindof maybe sortof forgot that I had this account, which means pretty much nothing more than that I am up to my teeth in school work. Updates will be as sporadic as ever, but they'll probably get better, 'cause I'm full of badassery like that.

Curious about mp3 players: I've finally decided to retire my 7 year old cd player (christened first as Munchy, Conqueror of the Double A, but anything electronic that lives past five years is automatically demoted to Obsolete Bastard) take the huge step of climbing out from under my comfy comfy rock, and buy something that won't fuck with the volume and maybe play more than one whole band.

Any opinions? Preferences? Candy? Telling me how the hell you've been?

Oh, and I was accepted into MICA. *quiet internet rapture eeeeeeeee*

Waiting on RISD and VCU.

The only real experience I have is with iPods, and I admire their utility and space. The only thing is that if you've been using microsoft media players, you'll need to re-burn all your music to iTunes (which I didn't realize until I needed to do it DX). So would a Zune/Zume/I forgot the name be better? I've heard they're pretty good too.

And congratulations for being accepted! :D Good for you~!

Still hoping you decide to go with MICA. We could own the illustration department together.

I have an ipod. But it's finicky about working and sort of delicate. There are cheaper MP3 players out there....I had a tiny little sandisk that works unless you press its buttons in a way it doesn't like, but then the only thing you have to do is take out the single battery and put it back in.

Ohh yeah, I remember the itty bitty sandisk! I have something to that degree now, but every time I put it near my computer, flocks of demons swarm around my house and the sky turns red, so, in an effort to spare humanity, I gave up on it. Besides, it held like, 35 songs. Bah.

Yeah, at this point, college is a question of monies. I can't wait to pit them against each other in the Colosseum of Financial Aid.

Ya know, once I hear from them. Yay, AGONY.

I mean anticipation.
